*Cape Town, South Africa – September 29, 2026.*

The Commissioner of the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), *Ambassador Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina*, is participating in the University of Cape Town–Political Campaigns Resource Hub (UCT-PCRH) Executive Short Course on Strategic Management and Leadership, being held in Cape Town, South Africa, from *28 September to 2 October 2026.*

The executive programme brings together senior leaders and practitioners from across Africa for an intensive and practical engagement focused on contemporary approaches to strategic management and leadership. The 2026 cohort comprises participants from nine African countries and provides a platform for strategic reflection, experience-sharing and professional networking, with particular emphasis on strategic communication, mobilisation, data-driven decision-making, organisational development, stakeholder engagement, digital communication, risk management and institutional resilience.

Ambassador Ndomahina’s participation is particularly significant in view of his extensive experience in leadership, governance, diplomacy, public administration, social development, peace and reconciliation. In addition to his responsibilities as Commissioner of NaCSA, he serves in a national leadership capacity in the area of peace and reconciliation in Sierra Leone.

For Sierra Leone, Ambassador Ndomahina’s participation offers an opportunity to draw on experiences and lessons from across the continent that can contribute to ongoing national conversations on effective leadership, peaceful engagement, reconciliation, strategic communication, institutional strengthening and inclusive development.

As Commissioner of NaCSA, Ambassador Ndomahina continues to support the Commission’s mandate in advancing social action, community development, social protection, poverty reduction and resilience across Sierra Leone.

The engagement further underscores the importance of continuous professional development and cross-border knowledge exchange in strengthening leadership capacity and public institutions across Africa.
