Key feature of the World Bank funded PSSNYE project is the introduction of an integrated package of livelihood services to help build a foundation for transitioning extremely poor households out of poverty and providing short and medium-term job opportunities for youth. NaCSA, as part of its rebranding strategy requires a multi-sectoral approach and collaboration. The National Youth Commission (NAYCOM) plays a critical role in ensuring that NaCSA is positioned to function effectively and efficiently. NAYCOM takes the lead in the implementation of the PSSNYE component 3A (Support to Youth-led Household Enterprises) of the project.
