A CALLFOR NaCSA STAFF TO PUT THEIR GREAT MINDS TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THE COMMISSION

The Commissioner of NaCSA Amb Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina has on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at the Commission's 2023 Annual Retreat, called on Senior staff of the Commission to contribute meaningfully to the deliberations of the sessions for the greater good of NaCSA and by extension the nation.

He made this appeal during the opening of the Three Day End of Year Retreat at Bintish Complex in Bo, Southern Sierra Leone.

"The decisions and actions to be taken will determine the future of the Commission," he stressed.

Commissioner Ndomahina used the podium to further encourage NaCSA staff to be involved in agriculture in embracing the government's flagship Feed Salone initiative. "I want to see every NaCSA staff embarking on farming. This is the case, as we should now start to grow what we eat and to eat what we grow," he appealed.

Earlier on, in welcoming the staff, the Deputy Commissioner, Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa fueled the session with his normal call for unity and solidarity among staff.

The event, which started on Wednesday, December 20, 2024 is expected to continue till Friday, December 22, 2023.

Key areas to be covered during the event include:

Discussion on the draft Human Resources Manual, discussion on Roles and Responsibilities, discussion on the Logistics Committee's draft, discussion on the Welfare Committee's draft document with NaCSA Board of Directors meeting forming climax of the official session while a general staff isocial night will wrap the three day event.

The theme of the Staff 2023 End of Year Retreat is "Rebranding NaCSA for a better Future".
