-The Commissioner of the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA), Ambassador Ernest Mbaimba Ndomahina has completed the Executive Training in leading digital Transformation with the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Framework.
It recalls that one critical aspiration in the Big Five Game Changers (Sierra Leone’s National Development Framework) is *‘’TECH AND INFRASTRUCTURE’’ which has paved the way for digital transformation* in Sierra Leone. The inclusive growth strategy of *His Excellency Dr. Julius Maada Bio's* government has been assiduously accelerated via investments in technology, infrastructure, and digitization.
NaCSA as a government agency has been strategically rebranded to function within the aspirations of the Big Five Game Changers of *His Excellency Dr Julius Maada Bio.*
Programmes implementation including the payment system for beneficiaries has been digitalized to reflect *President Julius Maada Bio’s* vision for digital transformation. To provide the needed leadership during the transformation period, the Commissioner of NaCSA has completed the executive training in leading digital transformation.
*On Monday 8th July 2024,* the Commissioner presented his certificate of completion to the Senior Management of the Commission. He encouraged every member of the team to enhance his or her capacity in technology. *‘’.. this is one of the aspirations of His Excellency Dr Julius Maada Bio and as implementers, it is our sacred responsibility to ensure the success of these aspirations.
